TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to confirm your order and secure stock.
Deposits demonstrate your commitment to purchase and allow us to allocate inventory and prepare your order.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all deposits are non-refundable if you decide to cancel your order or change your mind.
If we are unable to supply the goods as agreed, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Change of Mind
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind or make an incorrect selection.
We will, however, work with you where possible to find a suitable alternative or adjust your order before dispatch.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product has a major fault, does not match its description, or fails to perform as promised under Australian Consumer Law.
If a fault is minor, we may offer a repair or replacement.
Cancellations
If you cancel an order after a deposit has been paid:

The deposit will be forfeited to cover administrative and restocking costs.

If custom or special-order items have been ordered on your behalf, you may be liable for additional costs incurred.
If we cancel the order for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Custom Orders
For products made to order, cut to size, or modified to your specifications, deposits are strictly non-refundable once production or preparation has begun.
Summary
We comply with all obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds are provided where required by law, but deposits are otherwise non-refundable in cases of change of mind or customer cancellation.
